Loom Systems collects only the information you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, and message.

Your message comes directly to me, Kevin, at the Loom Systems inbox. We use it to read your request, reply to you, and continue the conversation if you choose. We do not add your information to a marketing list, sell it, or share it for advertising.

We also keep a copy of your submission in our own records system, so we can keep track of conversations over time. A request to delete a message you sent covers that record as well.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic site traffic and performance. It is cookieless and does not track you across websites.

The site and its supporting services may process limited technical information needed to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and keep the contact form working. We do not use that information to build advertising profiles.

If you want us to correct or delete a message you sent, email hello@loomsystems.co. I will handle the request directly.

This notice may change if the site’s forms, analytics, or services change. The date above will be updated when that happens.
