I’m Kevin, based in Anaheim, California. Before I built systems, I ran operations in retail and regulated industries, the kind of work where a missed detail costs real money and a process has to survive the actual workday. Earlier still, I trained as a commercial pilot and ran the daily operations of a flight school. Aviation teaches you that reliability is a form of care: the checklist exists because people matter.
I started Loom Systems because I have watched too many good businesses run their owners ragged. The repeated work piles up, the details slip, and the parts of the day that made the work worth doing, the customers, the craft, the staff, get crowded out. Technology keeps promising to fix this, and too often it just adds noise or treats people as the problem.
We build the opposite. Our systems take on the repetitive, detail-heavy work so you and your employees can give more of yourselves to what a machine cannot do: taking care of a customer, noticing the small things, making someone’s visit worth remembering. The goal is not a bigger business for its own sake. It is a business that is easier to carry, with more room in it for the people running it.
My team and I are our own first client. Every system we offer runs on our own businesses before it ever reaches yours, so we know what it takes to keep one alive past the demo. And nothing we build comes off a shelf: if you can describe the way your work happens, we can weave a system shaped to it.
Working with us is not just buying a product. You get fair pricing explained plainly, and a partner who has managed the pressure of running a business and genuinely wants you to carry less of it.
