Retail Operations Suite

Vendor credits, restocking, record closeouts, and product menus built around a working day.

The problem

The team needs current stock, credit activity, and compliant records, but the information lives across tools and repeated routines.

The build

  • Vendor Credit Report turns reconciliation activity into a consistent weekly output.
  • Vault-to-floor alerts identify products absent from the floor but present in back-of-house stock.
  • Empty-record closeouts check inventory and point-of-sale quantities before taking action.
  • The menu generator turns a staff request and current inventory into a branded document returned through the existing chat workflow.

  2. Current records
  3. Validate and format
  4. Return to the team

A decision that shaped it

Put useful outputs in the tools the team already checks. Before a consequential closeout, require agreement between the relevant records.

Status and next step

This case study brings together four working workflows. The menu, restock alert, and closeout examples show real outputs with identifying information removed. The vendor credit report preview uses a representative layout and illustrative data.

Next: Refresh dated outputs and measure a defined before/after window before publishing numeric impact. The menu example is limited to the configured location.

Project record: September 2026 public portfolio. Status reflects the available evidence.
